The role requires inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized stationary electromechanical equipment at customer buildings including training and working with customers and sub-contractors and collecting data and providing detailed reports. A flexible schedule and willingness to travel for extended periods of time is required. Applicants must be highly reliable, personable, and professional. The Field Engineer acts as an ambassador for the company in front of customers and requires courtesy and respect towards all customer employees and subcontractors. Education & Experience
Position: Full Time
This is a software embedded engineering role within the R&D department that requires knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge in areas of air handling, Air quality, electronic/mechanical systems, and automatic control systems. A large part of this role will be updating, running and reporting on Product QA tests and procedures. Candidates will be required to work well within a team environment. Candidates will be responsible for carrying out assignments of a moderate difficulty that will impact product overall performance. Specific responsibilities include embedded software development and /or updates, product testing, preparing robust documentation, debugging, and participating in system deployments as needed.
Support all R&D activities, firmware updates, db updates, unit tests, and lab tests.
