enVerid is looking for a customer centric & highly organized Sales Operations Administrator to support the enVerid Sales Team & their Manufacturer Rep Partners. As an integral part of enVerid’s go-to-market team, the Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for managing projects through our sales lifecycle by driving business processes and providing effective communication and support to internal and external teams.
Each Sales Operations Administrator will be assigned to one or more territory “pods” which will consist of a Regional Sales Manager, Application Engineer, and Manufacturer Rep Partner(s). The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for maintaining project status in the company’s CRM system, managing documentation and coordinating production and shipping logistics with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction as well as an eagerness to learn about the HVAC industry and enVerid’s products and business processes. This position will require strong organization, project management, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure professional and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, partners and customers.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the growth of enVerid’s business in an assigned territory including building territory plans to drive growth, identifying and onboarding re-seller partners, training and supporting partners in their engagements with Mechanical Consulting Engineers, and managing and being accountable for pipeline expansion and conversion. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, building automation, commercial real estate, and/ or energy services and a passion for bringing innovative clean technologies to market. He or she will be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, a track record of success in B2B channel sales, technical aptitude, and a passion for making a difference.
